I can’t believe that today is the first of December. Where has the year gone?! I say that, but I’m wishing the year away as I’m overly excited for Christmas this year.
Obviously, the end of the month calls for a November favourites blog post. In September I gave you a blog post, and in October a video. Well this month chums, you’re getting a blog post AND a video. You lucky things.
Tanya Burr Lipgloss in Peachy Perfect
Instead of long-windedly describing this lipgloss I’m going to tell you about it in three points. Number one – this is a beautiful shade, so easy to wear. I love pairing it with MAC’s Pink Plaid. Number two – it smells like watermelons. WATERMELONS!!! Number three – Tanya Burr made it. #TeamInternet am I right ladies and gents?!
Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer
An absolute favourite of mine, so much so that I don’t want to use any other concealer ever again. Okay, so that might be a bit over the top. BUT it’s a pretty great product for brightening and the staying power is phenomenal. Need I say more?
Sarah Chapman Skinesis Rapid Radiance Cleanser
I’ve mentioned this skincare item before in my September Favourites, but I’m still absolutely loving it. I don’t think my skin has ever looked as good as it does now, and I’m laying a lot of the claim to this cleanser.
The Body Shop Coconut Milk
I’ve been through a good three or more bottles of this coconut body milk from The Body Shop. I cannot tell you how many times people have told me I smell like a bottle of Malibu. The smell of coconut lingers all day long and I’m obsessed. Plus, it does a pretty nifty job of moisturising your skin at the same time without being sticky. Love!
Aussie Luscious Long Leave-In Conditioner
An oldie but a goodie, this product is a must-have for us long haired girls. I re-discovered this after having my hair balayaged, and it’s a life saver for dry and knotty locks. Plus, it smells a bit like coconut. Can you see where I’m going with this?!
Warehouse Jumper Dress
I feel like a jumper dress can be a bit like marmite, not everyone is going to love it. But unlike marmite, I’ve fallen for this one. It’s got a cosy roll-up neck, has long sleeves and goes right down to my knees. Not only do I feel like an absolute gran in it, it’s apparently quite on trend at the moment. Massive plus!
River Island Knee-Highs
I have been LIVING in these boots throughout November. I originally thought they’d be quite hard to style and would have to save them for a night out, but oh my golly Aunt Holly (disclaimer: I do not have an Aunt Holly, but it rhymes) these are so easy to weave into your wardrobe! I wear mine with a skirt and a jumper, or my jumper dress, and they look soo good. Is it okay to be this in love with a pair of boots?
On the other end of the spectrum, these comfy Nike TR5’s have been on my feet on the days when I decide to give the knee-highs a rest. I’ve never been much of a trainer girl, so it’s a bit surprising that these are in my faves. But just look at them! They’re super cute and comfortable. Sometimes you don’t have to wear heels to look good. WIN.
This month I’ve decided to start sharing the love by telling you my favourite blogger and YouTuber of the month.
This month I’ve absolutely loved reading Colour Me Copper‘s blog. Granted, Emma is one of my closest friends so I am a bit bias, but her blog is absolutely awesome. Encompassing all things beauty, fashion, baking and lifestyle, Em writes a lot of great stuff! Plus, THAT BLOG NAME. Amazing! I would definitely recommend you go check her out, I’m sure you’ll love her blog as much as I do!
I’ve been getting into watching vlogs even more recently, and have been straying from some of my more mainstream faves. Thus, I found Jake Boys Vlogs and Emily Canham, a couple who daily vlog on their seperate channels as well as make main channel videos. I’ve just generally been loving watching what they get up to, as they’re a pretty feel good couple.
Who was your favourite blogger in November? Let me know in the comments!xo
